Version 3.3.002 – 23 September 2020
Admin: Update race on Registration Editor now includes the ability to TRANSFER EVENT -> EVENT.
Public: Support for GRASSROOTZ third-party fundraise platform through Charity Selection within the registration process and background fundraise page creation and onboarding for confirmed registrations.
Version 3.3.001 – 23 September 2020
Modification of Gun Times to allow for wave starts with defined capacity. This means participants can be prompted to select a “Start Group” for their registration and groups will be marked as unavailable when they reach capacity. Selection then flows seamlessly into Timing system.
Version 3.3.000 – 31 August 2020
A major version release to mark the removal of GenericServices and replacement with Automapper. This will not have much visual impact to end users as it is mostly internal system plumbing. However, some may notice increased Audit Logging across the admin system with additional context-sensitive logs provided on Event Dashboard, Store Dashboard, Team Editor and Cart Editor. Most data change actions on the system are now audit logged.
Version 3.2.013 – 21 August 2020
Admin: Vouchers can now be associated with a particular managed team (using voucher editor). You can also select an “Auto-Join” option which means that if the entrant has not already selected a team – but then use a team specific voucher – they are auto-joined to that team. It is also now possible to set a filter on a bib number range by Team. Only those people enrolled in the team will be able to access the bib number range. Remember in these cases to give the bib range a low index number as bibs are drawn from the first matching range found by checking in index number order.
Version 3.2.012 – 10 August 2020
Public: Spreadsheet upload of registrations is now supported for Team Managers via Dashboard. This allows team managers to gather team information in a spreadsheet and then upload it to Director. Upon successful upload, the registrations can be added to the Team Manager’s queue or checked out directly. More details on bulk upload will come in a detailed post.
Admin: Settings to allow Team Manager Spreadsheet Upload, as well as control validation for DOB, Address and Emergency Contact information (all of which can be set as required or defaulted to not required) are now available on Event Dashboard
