Public / Create Team: When creating a FORMAL team, if the team manager’s email address is not already registered for an account, the team manager will be prompted to enter First Name, Last Name and Password. On submit, Director will create the user account and attach the team to it … and send the team manager the Email Address Validation email to allow the account to be used.
