Version 3.3.015 – 24 March 2021

Admin: Addiiton of new Bulk Withdrawal function. This function is available from Events -> Event Dashboard (ensure you have the correct event active). Then, on the Actions drop down select Bulk Withdrawals. This will popup a modal where you can paste in up to 1,000 registration IDs. Director will validate this list and produce an action list on the next screen with all of the registrations in the list that currently registered for the active event. The summary screen shows all registrations potentially affected plus any merchandise options found. You can then set parameters for refunds such as refunding part of the entry fee and all of one type of merchandise and part or no refund for another. Where the registration was paid for with an online card payment, Director will attempt to process a refund directly to that card. A full report of all changes made will be noted in the Audit Log.

Version 3.3.014 – 11 March 2021

Admin: Bulk Bib Numbering now has the ability to overwrite existing bib numbers – previously, the registration would only be given a bib number if it did not already have one. This is a high risk function and therefore is protected with an unlock icon and warning.

Version 3.3.013 – 1 March 2021

Admin: Additional of Sales Summary report for a Store – accessible from Store Dashboard and Reports->Downloads. Merch Sales Summary on the main dashboard changed from pie chart to sortable table. Bib Update popup in Registration Editor defaults to correct number range for user-selected ranges.
