Version 3.3.024 – 30 September 2021

A major overhaul of Race Transfers has gone live today. Race Transfers are no longer connected to “Change Rules” and will have their own menu item in the Events menu called “Transfer Rules”. The rules now allow much more flexibility for setup as well auto-calculation of transfer fees for upgrades which avoids the need to create one rule for every race->race combination. Further details will be provided on the Deep Dive – Transfer Rules post.

Version 3.3.023 – 17 September 2021

Admin: new Bulk Refund function added to Store Dashboard (Actions menu). This function allows the choice of up to 5 products (or up to 5 SKUs from a single product) for which to process bulk refunds. e.g. if you offered tickets to an after-party which was later cancelled, you could refund all of those tickets in one function instead of accessing each cart in turn. Function includes an option to send an automated confirmation email (requires email document setup).
Also, fix to Team Delete which was failing if an Cart was attached to a team.

Version 3.3.022 – 12 September 2021

Cart Origin field added to all new carts to help determine how the cart was created. Possible values include “Register” (as part of an online registration), “Store” (merch store), “Add Items”, “POS”, “Transfer”, etc

Version 3.3.021 – 24 August 2021

Changes to Admin and Public sites to support HTML formatted product descriptions. This means – for example – that merchandise descriptions can provide a link to an external web site (such as a Size Guide). Text can also be bold, underline or colour changed. Care should be taken when using hyperlinks to go to the Target tab in the link editor and set the link to open in a new window – otherwise user input on the current transaction may be lost.
Other minor fixes -> Admin: Additional columns for total stock and total sales on Product list page. Fixed bug to display min/max price per SKU on Product Editor.

Version 3.3.020 – 2 August 2021

Admin: Trend Analysis report can now be filtered by Race. The filtering is done based on the race ShortCode so only works if the race short code correctly matches previous editions of the event.

Version 3.3.019 – 18 July 2021

It is now possible to prevent certain merchandise products from being added to Pay Later team carts. This is typically useful for items with limited stock such as tshirts or caps. When these items are placed into Pay Later carts, they do not affect stock availability (as they have not yet been paid for). This can lead to the item becoming sold out before the Pay Later cart is made active (paid for). This can result in items being oversold. Now, you can inhibit these items from appearing on the Merchandise page of a Pay Later registration transaction. To do this, go to Store Dashboard -> Store Contents -> Edit and switch on the Inhibit Pay Later flag.
